About Us
We’re not just a care company — we’re a team of everyday superheroes (minus the capes, but with very comfy shoes and a deep respect for a good biscuit). Our mission? To help people live their best lives at home, whether that’s making the perfect cuppa, sharing a laugh that echoes through the house, or simply being there when it matters most.
We believe care is about connection — the kind that makes someone’s day brighter just because you walked through the door.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who can
- Brew tea strong enough to wake the nation (milk in first? We’ll try not to judge).
- Listen like a therapist, laugh like a best friend, and care like family.
- Master the art of finding the TV remote in under 30 seconds — a skill that will earn you legendary status.
- Help with daily living tasks, from preparing meals to offering companionship, always with dignity and respect.
- Bring warmth, humour, and patience into every visit, even on those rainy Tuesday mornings when the kettle’s on strike.
What You’ll Bring
- A heart big enough to fit the whole community in.
- A sense of humour (essential for surviving both British weather and biscuit shortages).
- A driving licence and the ability to navigate without arguing with the sat nav.
- We need you to be willing to work alternate weekends — care (and cuppas) still happen on weekends.
- Reliability, empathy, and the ability to make people feel valued and heard.
Perks
- Paid training (because some visits need skill, not just a smile).
- Set shift patterns — giving you consistency in an unpredictable world.
- A career path with real steps up, not just wishful thinking.
- A supportive team who have your back, even when you’re working solo.
- The joy of knowing you’ve made someone’s day, every single day.
- Competitive pay rates and paid mileage
- Paid DBS
- Carer of the Month Awards = voucher reward + your face on our ‘wall of legends’ (OK, it’s Facebook, but still).
- Regular Duvet days – ‘cos we think the best ever reward for being extra amazing is a paid day off
