Vehicle Repossession Agent – Regional Field Role

BS, GL, NP and CF
Wrights Recoveries UK are a specialist vehicle repossession company working on behalf of numerous mainstream finance companies across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, highly specialised industry and build a long-term career in vehicle recovery and asset repossession.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
The Role
This is a field-based role, working from home and covering your allocated postcode area and surrounding regions. You will plan your own daily workload, complete home and work visits to customers, and work to recover vehicles or secure positive outcomes on behalf of our clients.
The role involves investigation work, tracing vehicles and customers, negotiating professionally, and dealing with a wide range of people and circumstances. You may be speaking with business owners, private individuals, or vulnerable customers, so professionalism, empathy, confidence and good judgement are essential.
Although this is primarily a regional role, all agents are expected to be flexible and willing to work away from home when required. This may include supporting other regions, covering agents during holidays or sickness, or assisting with national client work. All agreed travel costs and allowances are covered when working away.

A good understanding of your local area and surrounding geography would be beneficial, as route planning and efficiency are key to success in this role.
Requirements
- Must be aged 25 or over due to insurance requirements
- Full clean UK driving licence
- No previous experience required
- Willingness to complete full training
- Prepared to undergo satisfactory pre-employment checks
- Ideally willing to complete a CPC licence
Pre-employment checks include:
- UK criminal record check
- UK credit check
- Character / professional reference
- DVLA driving licence check
