The Role
Triton Security is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our business across the UK.
This role is focused on winning new business across our core service lines, including security guarding, temporary security solutions, fire safety (waking watch & systems), and facilities management services (including cleaning). You will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our presence across multiple sectors.
Location is flexible, with a focus on identifying and securing opportunities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors including construction, property management, commercial, and public sector
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through to contract award
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless mobilisation and service delivery
- Represent Triton Security professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
- Track sales activity and performance against targets using CRM systems
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in business development within one or more of the following sectors:
- Security services (manned guarding, mobile patrols, temporary solutions)
- Fire safety (waking watch, fire systems)
- Facilities management (cleaning, soft services)
- Head Office visits (Wetherby) as and when required
- Demonstrable success in winning new contracts and achieving revenue targets
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a national territory
- Full UK driving licence
