Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training new team members and delegating tasks efficiently.
- Oversee food production processes to meet operational standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Support the development of new menu items in collaboration with the Head Chef.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and organisation, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
