Job Title: Full-Time HR Administrator
Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

At least 1 year's experience in an HR role

Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong interest in developing a career within Human Resources

Experience within a professional services environment is desirable but not essential

Support day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle

Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with a high level of accuracy

Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for new starters

Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and preparation of offer documentation

Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing

Produce and maintain HR reports and support data accuracy across systems

Coordinate training and development activity, including scheduling and tracking attendance

Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and policy-related questions

Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives

Assist with internal communications, including updates and announcements

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies

Provide general administrative support to the wider HR and People function
