Salary: £35,992.32 – £36,641 per annum + £50 per sleep-in
Earning Potential: Up to £43,557.28 per annum
Working Hour: 2 on / 4 off shift pattern with sleep-ins + 8 management hours
Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep-in

We are seeking an experienced, confident and values-led House Manager with a passion for empowering young people to develop independence and life skills.
You will be responsible for:
Leading a care-leaving supported accommodation provision in line with Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
Managing and developing a staff team
Ensuring safeguarding, compliance and high-quality standards
Creating and reviewing independence plans and progression pathways
Acting as a role model and mentor to young people and staff
Overseeing rotas, performance, audits, inspections and budgets
Working flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
