We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Casual Bar Staff to join our team at Woodhall Country Park. Whether it's serving guests in our kiosk bar or shortly moving into our brand new Visitor Centre bar, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.
This is a flexible, casual position, with hours varying to suit the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the till system.
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service at all times.
- Keep the bar clean, tidy and well stocked throughout each shift.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all glassware, equipment and work areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Restock fridges, shelves and bar supplies as required.
- Help set up and operate bars for events and functions held at the park.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow all licensing laws, Challenge 25 procedures and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Comply with food hygiene, health and safety, and company policies.

- Experience using EPOS/till systems.
- Personal License (not essential).
