Duties
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining complex plumbing systems in commercial properties
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete tasks
- Conducting inspections to identify faults or potential issues within plumbing systems
- Performing heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborating with other trades such as carpentry or mechanical teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and building regulations
- Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Assisting with the assembly of plumbing fixtures and related components
Skills
- Proficiency in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance techniques
- Experience with welding, hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to commercial plumbing systems
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of carpentry principles as they relate to plumbing installations
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Valid commercial driving licence is advantageous for transporting materials or equipment between sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients

Pay: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
