Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely across designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers. Duties
- Conduct multiple daily deliveries across various locations, adhering to scheduled routes and delivery times.
- Safely load, unload, and secure goods in the vehicle, including heavy items requiring proper lifting techniques.
- Verify delivery details and obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems as required.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise during the route.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including driving laws and company policies, to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems to optimise routes and minimise delays.
