Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through specialised treatments and exceptional customer service. Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures such microneedling, skin peels, laser hair removal etc
- Apply makeup for clients for occasions such as weddings, events, or photoshoots
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations
- Ensure client comfort throughout treatments by offering professional advice and support
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Promote retail products and skincare routines to optimise client results and satisfaction
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and techniques through ongoing professional development
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour coordination and detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and aftercare advice
- Fluency in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Previous experience working with recognised skincare brands or specialised treatments is advantageous but not mandatory
