We’re looking for an Employee Experience and DE&I Partner to shape and continuously improve a consistent, inclusive and high-quality employee experience across the organisation.
In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of our employee experience, engagement, inclusion and wellbeing frameworks—translating data, colleague insight and external best practice into practical, simple solutions that strengthen our culture and support our values.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and business leaders to enable a joined-up, insight-led approach to employee experience. Through clear frameworks, governance and guidance, you will help leaders create a great place to work—where people feel valued, included and able to perform at their best.
You will also play a key role in shaping and delivering our colleague community and giving initiatives, including Employee Led Giving (ELG), helping connect our people to the communities we serve and reinforcing our purpose in a meaningful way.
Working across the full employee lifecycle, you will ensure a consistent, inclusive and high‑engagement experience for colleagues across all locations.
