Your role is to
- assist with loading and unloading the production lines
- maintain the accuracy and speed required
- collaborate with team members for smooth production flow
We're looking for
- experience in factory work
- strong attention to detail and problem solving
- ability to work efficiently in automated environments
The hours are double day shifts rotating one week early shift ( 6 am start) one week late shift ( 830pm finish) It is essential you are able to be in Dorchester for 6am and this is not easy if you rely on public transport unfortunately.
