Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. The position involves operating flatbed vehicles and requires a clean driving record, along with experience in commercial driving.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate van to deliver goods to clients and customers across designated routes
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, adhering to scheduled routes and delivery windows
- Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring items are secured properly during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure personal safety and that of others on the road
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen delays
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained throughout shift
