Job Overview:
We are hiring! Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Internal Sales Support / Office Adminstrator at P.F. Cusack, located at our Bolton Depot. As Internal Sales Support, you'll play a key role in building relationships with our valued customers. From handling inquiries to processing orders, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities: Handle inbound telephone calls and emailed enquiries from customers. Provide quotations and process orders, with the use of Microsoft Office and Sage. Understand customer needs and requirements. Work with teams across the business, managing your time to ensure deadlines are met. Other administrative tasks as required by business need. Desired Skills & Qualities: Experience using Sage Accounting Software or the ability to learn new systems (training on Sage would be given).Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break). Alternative Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:00pm.
The Role
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a internal Sales Office, You must have a flexible approach, handling inbound telephone calls and emailed enquiries from customers, providing quotation and processing orders, with the use of Microsoft Office and Sage, also providing general admin duties where required.
Hours
Monday - Friday 8am - 5.00pm (1 hour Lunch Break)
Alternative Saturdays 8.30am - 12.00
