Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead our team and support the ongoing success of the practice.
The Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the practice, ensuring excellent patient care, regulatory compliance, team performance, and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the dental practice.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the reception and clinical support teams.
- Ensure compliance with CQC, HTM, GDC, GDPR, and health and safety regulations.
- Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, induction, and performance reviews.
- Monitor practice KPIs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Support business growth through effective patient journey management and treatment conversion.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Liaise with clinicians, suppliers, laboratories, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient stock control and practice administration.
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager or Senior Dental Receptionist/Deputy Manager.
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience with dental practice management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, positive, and patient-centred approach.
Desirable
- Experience managing mixed NHS and private dental practices.
- Knowledge of CQC inspections and compliance processes.
- Experience in treatment coordination and business development.
