Priory Hospital North London has an opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our team. This role is offered on a Part Time basis working 32.5 hours per week over 5 amount of days. The pro rata salary is £24,075 per annum.
Priory Hospital North London is a specialist leading centre for the treatment of a range of mental health difficulties, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). We also offer private autism assessments for adults.

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Process weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accurate data entry and payroll records.
- Coordinate with HR and managers to ensure employee information, rosters, leave, and payroll changes are completed on time.
- Respond to payroll and finance queries, escalating complex issues where necessary. Maintain financial controls, payroll documentation, and support audit requirements.
- Process and approve invoices, manage petty cash, patient finances, and site shop accounts (where applicable).
- Provide administrative support and cover for other roles as required, supporting the wider team and site.
