Shift Patterns
As we provide dedicated around the clock support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we work on a rotational basis and shifts can typically include 7am-3pm and 1pm-9pm. Weekends and public holidays will form part of your rota on a rotational basis. Sleepovers and waking night shifts may also form part of your rota.
If you don't live in Balmore and are a non-driver, we will need you to be mindful of the location of our service and be confident that you can travel for your shifts as there are very limited public transport links available that fit with our shift patterns.
