Dental Nurse | High Wycombe & Surrounding Areas
Overview
Apex Temp Solutions is currently seeking professional and reliable Dental Nurses for both locum and permanent opportunities within NHS and private dental practices across High Wycombe and surrounding areas.
We work closely with dental clinics that are in need of experienced Dental Nurses to provide temporary cover, emergency support and permanent staffing solutions. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high professional standards.
Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilising equipment
- Provide exceptional patient care by offering reassurance, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort throughout appointments
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems and ensure all documentation complies with practice protocols
- Maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards in line with health and safety regulations
- Ensure the clinical environment remains organised, clean, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to dental practice management is advantageous
- Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Compassionate approach with excellent patient care skills, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
- Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating professionalism and reliability at all times
- Previous experience working with specialists in a dental setting

**Requirements**
- GDC-registered dental nurse
- DBS check
- Valid GDC registration
- Previous dental nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional and reliable approach
- Right to work in the UK
