We’re on the hunt for an experienced recruiter to join Madison Hive on a term-time only basis to drive our Corporate Functions division to new heights. This is a role for a standout recruiter who wants to operate at a high level — building a desk, winning work and delivering — during school terms.
And when school’s out, so are you.

The role
A hands-on, delivery-led position with full ownership, reporting into the Managing Director.
You will:
- Build and run your own desk
- Create and execute recruitment strategies to support growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking
- Build and manage strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Deliver high-quality recruitment processes end-to-end
- Provide market insight and advice to clients on talent and hiring
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient delivery
- Use performance insight to refine and strengthen your approach
- Build your presence in the market through networking and industry engagement
- Play a key role in the growth of the business
You’ll operate with autonomy, pace and sound judgement — combining delivery, client ownership and commercial thinking.
What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced recruiter who fits this bill:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in the finance sector.
- Successful track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Leadership or management experience within a recruitment agency or corporate HR setting.
- Comfortable operating at Senior Consultant / Principal / Associate Director level
Skills
- Strong understanding of finance sector recruitment and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of hitting targets and driving growth.
