The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents by providing high-quality care and support tailored to their individual needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering compassionate and person-centred care to residents.
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and choice.
- Administering medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns appropriately.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional conduct are maintained at all times.

Qualifications
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Candidates without this qualification may still apply, as training and development opportunities may be available for suitable applicants.
