Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding expertise across commercial AC systems, who is comfortable working independently and supporting junior engineers when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive servicing on a range of AC systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs across commercial sites
- Work on systems including splits, VRV/VRF, and multi-split systems
- Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and company standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers when required
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)
- F-Gas Certification
- Proven experience working within commercial facilities management
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good understanding of AC systems including VRV/VRF and splits
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
