The Role
As an experienced teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and accelerate progress
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
- Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school improvement
- Support and mentor early career teachers and colleagues where appropriate
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience delivering strong outcomes across your key stage or subject
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
