We are currently recruiting dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team to support services across Northeast Essex (CO1-CO6 postcodes)
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced care staff who are passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and making a positive difference in their lives.
We have flexible shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends across supported living and residential care settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting service users with daily living activities
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns
- Supporting individuals with physical, emotional, or learning needs
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Mandatory training certificates including:
- PMVA
- Medication Administration
- Epilepsy Awareness w/ Buccal Midazolam
- Challenging Behaviour
