Height Sure Ltd, are a professional team providing specialist working at height solutions,

organised, enthusiastic Sales and Customer Support Assistant to help keep everything
running smoothly and provide first-class support to both our customers and management
team, based at our Huddersfield Headquarters.

The Role
As our Sales and Customer Support Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day
operations. From handling enquiries and managing site visits to completing PPQs and
supporting the management team, you'll help ensure our customers receive an efficient,
professional service from first enquiry through to delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Arranging site visits and liaising with Project Managers diaries.
- Supporting the management team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Updating customer information within our CRM and business systems.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to keep orders moving.
- Maintaining accurate records and organised digital files.
- Producing sales documentation and reports when required.
- Helping us deliver the high standards of service our customers expect.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in an administration or customer service role (sales administration would be an advantage).
- Is able to building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Is able to support sales campaigns and business development activities.
- Is confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and learning new software.
- Can prepare and upload digital documents such as PPQs, accreditations and certifications as well as keep accurate records.
- Can manage several tasks at once while remaining calm under pressure.
- Can proactively follow up quotations and enquiries.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Takes pride in producing accurate work.
- Is reliable, proactive and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Has a Full UK -Driving License.
- Experience with CRM systems software would be beneficial but isn't essential, as full training will be provided.
Hours of Work
- 28 hours, permanent position. FTE 0.75
- Monday to Friday (Possibility to condense to 4 days).
- Office-based.
