The Royal Motor Yacht Club is a prestigious private members-only yacht club located on the Sandbanks peninsula. We are looking for experienced Bank Waiting Staff to support our front-of-house team during services, events, and functions.
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals seeking flexible, casual work in a calm, high-quality service environment, with no public walk-in trade.
About the Role
As a Bank Waiter/Waitress, you will work across our restaurant, bar, and function spaces, delivering professional, personalised service to a loyal membership and repeat guests. The role involves evening, weekend, and event work, in line with club operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver attentive, professional service to members and their guests
· Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
· Support private functions and club events, including set-up and service
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
· Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
· Previous hospitality or restaurant experience (essential)
· Confident, professional communication skills
· Experience dealing with repeat customers or members preferred
· Reliable, well-presented, and discreet
· Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and events
