EVENING COOK/ CHEF REQUIRED
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
- Assisting with menu development and daily specials
- Maintaining portion control and food quality
- Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy services
- Working flexibly to meet business demands
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
