Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent service to clients while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. A valid driving licence and strong communication skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows on both ground-level and elevated surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, brushes, and specialised cleaning solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Travel between different sites as required, using company vehicle if authorised
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence with clean driving record
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
