The Role
We are looking for dedicated LSAs to support primary schools and other educational settings throughout Bristol. Your day will involve:
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs (SEND).
- Assisting with literacy, numeracy, and social skill interventions.
- Helping to manage classroom behavior and supporting the lead teacher.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: A background in supporting children, particularly those with SEN (Autism, ADHD, or SEMH) is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using an app to manage your schedule and profile.
- Compliance: A DBS on the Update Service is a huge plus, but we can help you apply for one if not.
