About the Role
We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to take a key role within our growing team. This is a practical, on-the-tools position where you’ll oversee maintenance, installations, and repairs across domestic properties, potential to progress to Lead Maintenance Engineer.
Undertaking fault-finding and complex issues, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day maintenance and service activities.
- Diagnose and repair faults across plumbing, electrical and heating systems.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade systems and associated equipment.
- Remedial/ maintenance work.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Liaise directly with customers to deliver excellent service and clear communication.
- Ensuring timelines are followed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing/heating disciplines.
- Recognised qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and 2391-52 Test & Inspection certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A proactive, safety-conscious approach with excellent attention to detail.
