What this role actually looks like:
- Your own established patient list from day one. Not a stream of one-off emergencies - a consistent, loyal base that gives you the foundation to build long-term relationships and propose private treatment plans with confidence.
- Minimal admin burden. A dedicated practice coordinator and management team handle most patient communication, scheduling, and follow-ups. You focus on the chair.
- Mentorship from a principal with 30+ years of experience. Available for complex cases and career guidance - not just a name on the website. If you want a second opinion or a conversation about a case, you'll get one the same day.
- A fully equipped, modern surgery. iTero scanner, Airflow, rotary endodontics, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras in the surgeries and access to OPG and CBCT at local branches - everything you need to deliver excellent dentistry without fighting the system.
- A UDA structure designed to give you time. Hit your NHS target comfortably, then dedicate the rest of your week to Invisalign, cosmetic cases, and private treatments - with a patient base that's already receptive. Some of our best-performing associates earn upwards of £10,000–£15,000 per month from private cases alone.
- An internal complaint support system. If a patient complaint arises, you are guided through it step by step, with the practice's full support. You will never handle it alone.
- A stable team - no revolving door of locum nurses. Several team members have been with us for over a decade. You'll work with the same skilled nurses, day in and day out, building the intuitive partnership that makes a real difference in the surgery.

We're looking for:
- A GDC-registered associate dentist with a valid NHS Performer number
- A dentist who wants to focus on clinical excellence, not operational firefighting
- Someone with a passion for private and cosmetic dentistry - specialised experience or interest is a strong advantage
- A team player who values continuity, stability, and a genuinely supportive environment

Recent foundation year graduates are equally welcome - our support structure is built for all experience levels.
