This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled HR Assistant whilst gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Apprenticeship: HR Assistant Level 3
Working hours: 8:30 – 5pm Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £8 per hour
Package includes:

Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data is updated in HR systems.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and onboarding packs.
- Support the administration of absence, holidays, and payroll related information
- Post job adverts and manage candidate applications.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating induction sessions
- Help ensure data accuracy for monthly reporting cycles.
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold a HR qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
