Location: Nottingham
Hours: 40–42 hours per week (mixture of 2 shifts on the floor, plus supernumerary support)
Salary: £23 per hour

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to oversee clinical care and support our nursing team. You will have a hands-on role, combining leadership with active support on the floor, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain excellent care standards.
- Work on the floor as a supernumerary, providing hands-on clinical support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Monitor and improve care plans, clinical documentation, and resident care outcomes.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Support the home in audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior clinical role within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a fully staffed team.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification preferred.
