Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Working Brickwork Foreman/Supervisor to lead and oversee bricklaying projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring safety standards, and delivering high-quality brickwork within specified deadlines. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate bricklaying teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications.
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to interpret project plans and specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections of brickwork, ensuring NHBC standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage material supplies, equipment, for bricklaying activities.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising bricklaying teams within the construction industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and organise teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in overseeing multiple aspects of construction projects.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

- At least NVQ level 3 in brickwork, SSSTS/SMSTS and first aid
Pay: £230.00-£250.00 per day
