We are seeking an exceptional Front of House and Bar professional to deliver flawless service. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will elevate the guest experience and oversee front-of-house operations. You will bring energy, style, and a collaborative spirit to our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Elevate Guest Experience: Welcome visitors warmly and maintain impeccable service standards.
* Master the Bar: Prepare premium cocktails, manage setup, and maintain bar cleanliness.
* Deliver Table Service: Take accurate orders, serve food and drink, and handle payments smoothly.
* Demonstrate Product Expertise: Recommend food and beverage pairings with confidence and flair.
* Manage Stock: Monitor inventory levels closely and report restocking needs to management.
* Support the Team: Collaborate with colleagues willingly to ensure efficient shift operations.
* Maintain Standards: Keep the entire front-of-house area pristine and visually appealing.
Requirements
* Bar Experience: Proven background in beverage preparation and bar operations.
* High Standards: Ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
* Detail-Oriented: Impeccable manners, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
* Team Player: A desire to grow personally while actively supporting your teammates.
* Bonus Qualification: Holding a valid UK Alcohol Personal Licence is highly advantageous.
