Location: Nottingham NG9(school-based)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–3:15pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed Term – Monday 29th June- Friday 24th July 2026
About Primary Pools
Primary Pools delivers high‑quality swimming lessons directly to schools through our innovative mobile swimming pool system. Our mission is to help children build water confidence and achieve the national curriculum swimming standard in a safe, supportive environment.
We are expanding our delivery teams across the UK and are seeking committed, professional Lifeguards to support our Nottingham project this Summer.
The Role
We are looking for qualified Pool Lifeguards to supervise and support school swimming lessons for primary-aged pupils (5–11 years). You will work as part of a dedicated delivery team, ensuring every session is safe, structured, and enjoyable for the children.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain constant supervision of pupils in and around the pool
- Uphold all health & safety, safeguarding, and operational standards
- Assist with water quality and temperature checks (full training provided)
- Build positive, professional relationships with school staff and pupils
- Provide daily feedback and updates to the Operations Manager

Essential Requirements
- In-date NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- First Aid qualification (preferred)
- Experience supervising groups of children (desirable)
- Reliable transport for daily travel to site
