360 Recruitment Consultant - Industrial & Driving Recruitment
Plymouth | Full-Time | Office & Field Based
£30,000 + Uncapped Commission
Magnus Search is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial & Driving division.
This is a true end-to-end recruitment role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from winning and managing clients through to sourcing, placing, and retaining candidates. You’ll have autonomy, support, and a clear path for progression as the business continues to scale.
The Role
As a 360 Consultant, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing your own desk within the industrial and driving sectors, delivering recruitment solutions to clients while maintaining strong candidate relationships.
You will manage both business development and delivery, with the flexibility to grow your desk in a way that plays to your strengths.
You will:
- Develop and manage client relationships within industrial & driving recruitment
- Win new business and grow existing accounts
- Take detailed job briefs and deliver against client requirements
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates end to end
- Manage compliance, onboarding, and candidate care
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for both temporary and permanent roles
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence
- Attend client meetings and site visits where required
- Manage your desk performance, pipeline, and activity levels
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Background in industrial and/or driving recruitment (essential)
- Proven ability to manage clients and candidates end to end
- Confident winning new business and growing accounts
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Commercially aware with a consultative approach
- Motivated, resilient, and driven to exceed targets
