Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Site Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting construction and site operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support tradespeople by transporting tools and materials around the site
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Help with the loading and unloading of lorries, containers, or storage units
- Assist with basic site maintenance tasks such as clearing debris and waste
- Follow safety protocols at all times to minimise risks and hazards
- Support the team in completing project-specific tasks as directed by supervisors
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment is advantageous but not essential
- Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual handling tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to construction sites
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
- Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory

Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour
