Job Description – Chef de Partie
We are looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our busy, family-run coastal pub, with an immediate start available.
As a hands-on team, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly and supportive working environment where everyone plays an important role. You’ll be working closely with the team to deliver high-quality food and a great experience for our guests.
We serve breakfast for residents of our 12 rooms as well as non-residents, along with lunch and dinner service 7 days a week.
What we’re looking for:
- A creative and motivated chef with a strong work ethic
- Someone who leads by example and is happy to support and train junior team members
- A team player with good communication skills who thrives in a busy kitchen
- The ability to build positive working relationships within a close-knit team
- A good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Awareness of dietary requirements and nutrition
