Project Support Officer
Location: Office Based
Salary: £26,000 per annum + Commission Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised Project Support Officer to join our growing SEND and Educational Psychology division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. If you enjoy managing multiple priorities, building relationships and keeping projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, clients, Educational Psychologists and contractors, playing a key role in coordinating projects, supporting service delivery and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
This role would particularly suit candidates with experience in professional services, recruitment, consultancy, project coordination or client delivery environments where attention to detail and organisation are essential.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating multiple live projects simultaneously
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Managing project trackers, deadlines and workflows
- Supporting the allocation of work across our Educational Psychology team
- Liaising with contractors and monitoring timesheets
- Attending client and internal meetings
- Identifying ways to improve processes and maximise efficiency
- Supporting senior leadership with operational projects
- Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
We're looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of work
- Commercially aware with a solutions-focused mindset
- A confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
We'd particularly like to hear from people who have experience in:
- Graduate schemes
- Professional services (for example consulting, audit, advisory or operations)
- Recruitment or staffing
- Project coordination
- Client services
- Business support
- Operations
- Fast-paced administrative roles
Experience within organisations such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture or other professional services firms would be highly regarded, although it is not essential.
