Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable time served multiskilled painter to join our team. Please note that you must be a time served painter with a minimum of 3 years experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform all own trades tasks, to include painting, ames taping, small plaster works
- Ability to perform basic general maintenance tasks in most or all of the following trades: plumbing, electrical work, joinery and tiling.
- Conduct repairs on fixtures, and furniture as needed.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
- Basic/advanced skills in other trades like plumbing, electrical and joinery
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Previous experience in maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred
- Driving licence essential
