Due to recent growth, we are on the lookout for a Trainee Building Surveyor.
The ideal candidate would have the following;
> Be detail orientated
> A full valid UK driving license and access to their own vehicle
> Good time management skills
> The ability to work independently
> Excellent organisational skills
> Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and complete property inspections in a timely manner.
> Must have either property related experience e.g. Estate agency or property management or have a property related degree, under or post graduate.
