Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional service
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster professional development
- Manage daily store activities including merchandising, stock control, and sales processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer enquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management review
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interview processes when necessary
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale
Qualifications
- Proven management experience, preferably within retail or sales environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative duties
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous supervisory experience is essential; familiarity with retail management systems is preferred
- Professional attitude with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
