The Role
As a Community Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes providing person-centred care and support.
Duties include:
- Personal care including washing, dressing and grooming
- Medication support and prompting
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light household duties
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Essential Requirements
- Female applicant only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
- Previous care experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable and professional attitude
- Care Certificate desirable (or willingness to complete training)
Working Hours
Shifts available between:
06:30am - 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday
Flexible working patterns available.
