We are an established furniture removal and storage company based in Harpenden and have been helping our customers move home locally and throughout the UK for 40 years. We excel at providing a superior customer service and we are looking for people who really want to help our customers and go above and beyond just doing the job. We have a vacancy for an experienced furniture remover with a 7.5ton or Class 2 licence to join our removal teams packing and moving our customers homes. Must be physically fit and strong as lifting and carrying of heavy furniture is required.
Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week (paid every 4 weeks) Monday to Friday working week ,no weekend work. 30 days paid annual holiday (including bank holidays).
Occasional overnight stays required for distance removals, we will pay for overnight accommodation and night away payment.
This is a great job if you like to be out travelling to different places and working in a team. Please note that the primary role of this job is loading and unloading of furniture and not driving.
