An established and well-regarded business is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its finance team in Thurrock.

Key Responsibilities

Processing approximately 500 purchase invoices per month

Matching, batching, and coding invoices

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

Handling supplier queries in a professional and timely manner

Supporting month-end processes

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements

Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role

Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Ability to manage and prioritise a consistent monthly workload
