Location - Ormskirk - UK Manual Driving Licence Required
Pay -£26,437 - £28,808 per annum dependent on experience/qualification
Sleep in rate - £55 per sleep.
Shift pattern- 1 on 2 off including sleep in / 2 on 4 off including sleep in
We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our team at Helpful Investments. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping to provide our high-quality therapeutic care to young people as part of our integrated service.
You’ll be joining a dedicated team who have a passion for the important work we do. No two days are ever the same, which means we are looking for adaptable, motived and hard-working individuals who will have a positive impact with our children.
Responsibilities -
· Provide high-quality therapeutic care to young people.
· Work closely with the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager to ensure that all young people receive the appropriate level of care.
· Establish safe and nurturing living conditions for young people.
· Establish behavioural boundaries for young people.
· Provide recreational and creative opportunities.
· Instruct daily life skills.
What we are looking for-
· Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.
· Valid UK Driving License
· Passion and Enthusiasm from day one
