An exciting opportunity to join The Wag Club, an independent doggy day care centre in North West London has become available due to continued growth.
We are looking to recruit a full time Dog Day Care Assistant / Driver. Hours will be Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.
As a doggy day care assistant and driver you will play an active role within the team to ensure all the dogs have a fun and safe day with us. This will include socialisation with other dogs, mental stimulation and physical exercise. Other duties include building long lasting relationships with clients and ensuring the facility is safe and clean at all times. You will cover the drivers when they're off and will also help to clean the branch in the evenings.
To be considered for this role, candidates should:
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
- Be comfortable and confident handling dogs of all breeds
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy working as part of a small team
- Be prepared to work in all weather and conditions
- Understand that working with dogs can be extremely hard work but very rewarding and so having a flexible 'can do' attitude is a must
