Nursery Manager – Little Shoes Nursery (Brighton)
Salary: up to £40,000 per year (depending on experience)

Little Shoes Nursery is looking for an experienced, confident and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our busy bilingual nursery in Brighton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading a team and maintaining high standards of care and education.
The role
- Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Support, motivate and manage the staff team.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Build strong relationships with families.
- Maintain outstanding standards across the setting.
- Work closely with the owner while having autonomy in the daily management of the nursery.
Essential
- Level 3 qualification (minimum).
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems independently.
