We’re looking for a talented, driven Chef de Partie to join our tight-knit kitchen team in one of the broads most well-regarded restaurants. We serve modern European cuisine, using excellent seasonal British produce, some Mediterranean & Asian influences, and a genuine focus on flavour over unnecessary complexity.
You will be responsible for:
- One clearly defined section depending on your strongest area and the kitchen needs
- Consistently delivering dishes to the standard expected
- Maintaining mise en place to exact specification – clean, organised, labelled, rotated
- Working cleanly and safely even during busy services
- Supporting the Head Chef/Sous Chef on section development and new dish creation.
- Helping train commis / demi-chef de partie when required
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience at Chef de Partie level (or very strong 1st CDP / excellent Demi / Commis with clear progression)
- Takes pride in presentation and consistency
- Can work quickly without becoming chaotic
- Enjoys a busy service
- Can take direction and wants to keep learning
- Has the right to work in the UK / relevant work visa already in place
