About the Role:
The purpose of this office based role is to help deliver a first-class customer experience for both our landlords and tenants, handling day-to-day tenancy, maintenance and lettings related enquiries.
The role will involve coordinating, organising and managing tenancies, as well as helping to arrange the proactive maintenance undertaken on the properties we look after on behalf of our clients.
You will be liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and our offices to coordinate preventative, remedial, scheduled and occasionally emergency maintenance works.
You will also help organise and manage the compliance surrounding the letting of residential property, ranging from electrical and gas inspections to ensuring the correct legislative documentation is provided at the right time.
This is a varied and busy role, so we are looking for someone who is efficient, methodical, calm under pressure and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
Previous lettings, property management or tenancy administration experience would be beneficial, although we may consider someone with strong administration and customer service skills who is keen to develop within the property industry.
